MEMBERSHIP

Please note:

Applicants who are below 18 years of age shall not be accepted as members without the written consent of their parent or guardian. Ownership of a Westie is not mandatory under Guest Members, but the applicant must be appreciative of the breed.

All Information requested are for administrative purposes only and will be kept strictly confidential.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Membership is non-transferable. For owners who have more than one Westie, or others dogs within the household, they are encouraged to apply under their spouse or parents name.

Westie Dog Owners by default are eligible for Full Membership. The duration of each membership is for life,or for the entire life span of the dog. Membership will lapse should there be a transfer of ownership of the dog.

Members are expected to be active in the clubs activities and will need to maintain a minimum of at least 60% attendance each calendar year.

Members are expected to assist with Westie Rescue in fostering lost Westies or homeless Westies.

Issued membership cards remain the property of the club. Should your card be lost, a replacement fee of S$20 is applicable. Please notify the Club as soon as possible.

Membership cards issued to Full and Guest applicants remains the property of the Westie Lovers Club and must be returned to the Club upon:

a) Termination of the membership
b) There is a change of ownership of the dog
c) The Club decides to revoke the applicant's membership

All members are requiried to conform to the club's code of conduct and ethics and membership terms and conditions during the duration of the membership.

Members should inform the club of any change in your contact particulars (Change of address, contact details), Change of dog ownership.
